To ensure the longevity of your virgin hair be sure to inspect all extensions before installation. If your inspections provide any negative information be sure to contact the company as soon as possible.

For the care of your extensions be sure to seal your wefts before installation for maximum life span. Be sure to co wash your extensions using cold or warm water. Also try not to use shampoos and conditioners that contain Sulfate,Parabens or Isopropyl Alcohol to avoid damage to the hair's natural oils. Do not wash your hair more than twice within a month as you should only co wash.

Be advised that if any colored hair is purchased it must be treated with moisture (leave in conditioner or any moisturizing product geared to restoration/color) thoroughly as the color process will result in dryness over time. Keep colored hair oiled at least twice a week and be sure to add the oil throughout the hair from weft to end.

When drying your hair please towel dry or air dry the hair to avoid drying the hair out. It is recommended that you wash and dry while it is not installed but if you do you should make sure the roots (of your hair and the extensions) are dry.

​

Please understand that if your wefts are cut excessively they will shed so this should be avoided for best wear.

​

If at some point your hair feels dry or becomes frizzy please be aware that this is normal as the hair is not getting its nutrients from the roots anymore. To get rid of this issue you can apply cold water and apply leave in conditioner or regular conditioner then apply organic oil (coconut oil, argan oil, tea tree oil etc) while the hair is damp and preparing to air dry. For day to day wear we suggest using a spray bottle filled with water and mousse every other day to keep the curls/waves styled.

If you are investing in any curl or deep wave pattern please use these guidelines often due to those hair textures being high maintenance.

An approved product list has been created so that you can know what to use on all of our hair extensions and wigs. The list is preferred but not required. The products are sulfate-free and some are also alcohol​ free. Sulfate and Alcohol are both ingredients that can dry your hair out and cause frizz and sometimes even tangling depending on what type of alcohol and sulfate so please be careful with other products.
