How long does shipping take ?  

Shipping will take 3-5 business days for hair that is in stock and up to 10 business days for any pre-ordered hair, it may experience delays during holidays and weather conditions. We do not offer expedited shipping, please be patient when receiving your order.

 

If I am local do I have to wait to pickup my order? Unless the item was stated to be on hand before purchasing, yes you will have to wait. If the item is on hand an email will be sent to schedule a pickup time and day (if needed).

 

Do you offer delivery? Yes, delivery is an additional fee and the delivery must be approved by us before placing an order. Delivery is an option for on hand or pre-order hair, if chosen for a pre-order delivery will take place once the hair arrives. 

How much hair do I need ?

To ensure a full head it is suggested that any bundles between 12-24 inches be used with at least 3 bundles provided. Any hair 26 inches or above should be used with at least 4 bundles provided. We often have customers wear 26-30 bundles and only use three, but it is a preference choice as we are not responsible for the density of the install if 3 bundles are used.

How long does the hair last ? 

With the correct treatment, hair can last up to 2+ years. The less heat, color and wear the hair receives the longer it can last. We suggest changing any lace out once there are balding areas, wigs can receive lace replacements if they are frontal or closure wigs.

Why is my curly/wavy hair so hard to maintain? 

Most curly and wavy hair needs continuous upkeep because it has lost nutrients, while it shouldn't shed or get matted it will definitely frizz and get SMALL tangles. To avoid this visit our HAIR CARE tab.

Can the hair be bleached and colored ?

Any hair from our company can be bleached and dyed, but please let a professional do this. Please remember by coloring or bleaching any virgin hair it is no longer considered virgin. All colored hair should be treated with great maintenance to ensure upkeep.
