Return Policy
All purchases are non-refundable. Hair purchases are subject for exchange within 30 days which will be determined on a case by case basis. All other items are FINAL sale. We are not liable if any hair becomes damaged by a non-professional or professional due to coloring and/or has to be bleaching as well as styling errors such as shedding due to weft cutting. If hair has been altered (customized, styled, used and/or colored) we can not accept the item back for exchanges. Usage includes, but is not limited to cut wefts, unclean lace or cut lace.
Shipping Policy
We are not responsible for ANY lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced for lost or stolen packages. All shipping orders come with tracking numbers once the order has shipped. Orders are only processed on business days which are Monday-Friday. All packages are shipped with signature confirmation, if you are aware that you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time please contact your local USPS office to hold your package.
Pickup Policy
If you are doing local pickup and are not paying in cash you will be required to take a photo with your purchase in hand. This photo will not be released unless a fraudulent dispute is filed. No one can pick up a purchased or inquired item other than the customer to avoid any confusion.

Prices are subject to change at anytime. Shipping times may vary depending on weather or the shipping courier for our incoming or outgoing inventory, we will contact you with options if that occurs. Fraudulent Payment Policy
ALL payment information must match pickup/shipping information. If any dispute is filed through our payment options due to fraudulent activity on your behalf, we will contact authorities if matters cannot be solved without them.
